ORDER FULFILLMENT:

We make every effort to ship within 24 hours of an order. Any order placed on Friday will not go out until at least the following Monday.

Please note that courier delivery times are estimates directly from those services' interfaces.

RETURNS

You may return any item unused within three days of receipt at your cost (we can provide a shipping label at reduced rates). After inspection of the returned item, we will refund you for the cost of said item, minus any shipping charges that we have covered. After three days, a 20% restocking fee applies to any return. After 14 days, we do not accept any returns.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We can ship outside of the US, but please confirm with your local import regulations.

Any sword that does not clear customs will be refunded, minus the amount required to return the shipment to the US.
