The cast brass tsuba (guard) display wonderful dragon motif. real white same (ray skin) under the tsuka-ito (handle wrap) and tsukamaki with hishigami(rhombus paper), habaki (blade collar) and seppa (spacers) are made out of brass.

The 30" nagasa blade forged and folded using high carcon steel with distinctive hitatsura hamon. Full hand polished take out the hamon (temper line) and hada (folding pattern) are very prominent and geometry conducive to rigorous cutting without chipping on semi-hard and hard targets.
