Forged by one of Legacy Steel's best smiths, this enormous, 34mm wide" nagasa blade is moroha zukuri with a koshizori, reminiscent of old court tachi. A folded orishigane (self-smelted iron sand) jacket is laminated to a harder steel core.
The Phoenix Head Tachi is based on the Meiji Era torikubi court tachi. It features exquisite brass fittings, full rayskin tsuka, and a custom lacquered saya.
